National General Insurance

I have a policy on my RV with National General Insurance Company (formally GMAC) that is supposed to cover all repairs less. $500 deductible. I had an accident in July and submitted pictures showing damages and my repair submitted pictures. After setting on claim for a month NGIC requested more pictures so the same batch was again submitted. They notified the re air shop (RV-MAX in Sherman) that they would not pay the amount in the estimate. There is a $2000 difference and the repair shop wouldn't do anything unless I agree to pay shortfall. So shop resubmitted estimate showing a $2000 difference. So now I'm paying $2500 deductible. NGIC will not return phone calls or emails
